Payment issues and errors
If you receive an error when trying to register for Club Pogo with your credit card you can follow this alternate registration process:
Step 1: Go to pogo.com and click Sign In
2Step 2: Enter your pogo.com Screen Name and Password and click Sign In.
3Step 3: Click My Account from the upper, right-hand corner.
4Step 4: You may be prompted to enter your password again for verification purposes. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
5Step 5: Under My Subscription Information, you should see an option to Start your 2-week Free Trial Today.
6Step 6: Click the Start your FREE 2-week Club Pogo trial link. You will now see a Club Pogo sign up page.
7Step 7: Choose your plan (monthly or yearly) and enter your billing information to begin your free trial.
8Step 8: If you continue to have problems registering using your credit card, try using a different card. * In some cases we may not be able to process a pre-paid debit card as the card issuer may reject the transaction. Certain pre-paid card types restrict digital or online transactions. Please check with the card issuer or try another payment method.
