Originally founded in 1940, the company now operates in more than 200 countries and territories with over 345,000 offices. With MoneyGram, people can send and receive money through their mobile wallets, bank accounts, and physical locations. If you are waiting to receive or have recently sent a transfer with MoneyGram, you can track the transfer.

Track Your Transfer Online for Senders: Option One

  1. Go to https://www.moneygram.com/

  2. Select 'Log In' in the top right corner.

  3. Sign in to your account with your email address and password.

  4. Go to your 'Account' and 'Transaction History.' You should see the status of your order displayed here.

Track Your Transfer Online for Senders: Option Two

  1. Go to https://secure.moneygram.com/mgo/mx/en/track

  2. Enter the authorization or reference number and your legal last name.

  3. Click on 'Track.'

  4. The status of your transfer will display on the screen.

Track Your Transfer Online for Recipients

This option is for recipients who don't have an account with MoneyGram.

  1. Go to https://secure.moneygram.com/mgo/mx/en/track

  2. Enter the authorization or reference number and your legal last name. You will need to ask the sender for the reference number.

  3. Click on 'Track.'

  4. The status of your transfer will display on the screen. If something seems incorrect, try contacting the sender first for clarification.

Call MoneyGram Customer Support for Help

You will need to have either the reference number on hand for the transfer or will need to provide personal and contact details to verify your identity. The customer service agent will be able to tell you the status of the transfer, however, if there is an issue with the transfer, they will can only work with the sender to fix the problem.
