GetHuman has no affiliation whatsoever with LinkedIn, let alone a partnership in which GetHuman would write guides on behalf of another institution. Rather, GetHuman has been helping customers solve their support problems for over a decade and this is one of many ways we try to provide helpful information. Over the course of those years, many millions of customers, including those of LinkedIn have come to our website to report a problem. When we spot a trend, we try to dispatch a researcher to find the solution and then write a comprehensive article in which we explain how we do it.
